Mr. Martin Clermont, Eng. M.Sc. Env., B. Tech. Mec.
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Clermont is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Gedden Inc.. Since 25 years, he implemented and delivered numerous major and innovative projects with regards to sustainable development in Canada and around the world. In parallel with those projects, Mr. Clermont also carried out various mandates for the Secretariat of the Basel Convention in about twenty countries in Europe, Africa, Latin America and China. Those mandates were about implementing a national inventory of hazardous waste, an audit methodology and the introduction of legislation and national policies on environmentally sound management of waste. He gave several lectures in Europe, United States, Mexico, Latin America and Canada, including his participation as a lecturer at the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention in Geneva in 2002.

Mr. Clermont is an engineer. He holds two Bachelor degrees from Ecole de technologie supérieure. He received a special mention for a training program completed on 1985 about the energy efficiency subject matter. He also earned a Master degree of Environmental Science from Université du Québec à Montréal.

Mrs. Patricia Marchand, M. Env
Vice-President, Customers and Partners Services
Mrs. Marchand has over 17 years of expertise in the environmental field, including 5 years as manager of a Canadian industrial waste exchange. She has hold several positions related to customer services. Mrs. Marchand has played a key role in setting up many complex and innovative projects and has supervised supporting teams. She wrote several technical studies and has hosted workshops on business rules in regulatory compliance. At Gedden, she directs and coordinates all the activities related to customers and partners services.

Mrs. Marchand has a Master degree of Environment from the Sherbrooke University, a Minor in Company Management from HEC Montréal and a B.A. degree of Psychology from Concordia University.

 Mr. Michel Dessureault, CGA
Vice-President, Finance, Administration and Human Resources
Mr. Dessureault has more than 30 years of experience in management and financial operations. Since 2005, he serves Entreprises Techniflex Inc. as a General Manager. He was Controller at Corporation Inno-Centre du Québec, from 2003 to 2005. Prior to this position, he held different positions at the Management level at Strongco Inc. Mr. Dessureault started his career as an Auditor with different accounting firms, such as: Moquin, Ménard, Giroux & Associés, ca; Besner, Gally, Shapiro, Kreisman & Company, ca and Coopers & Lybrand, ca.

Mr. Dessureault has completed the CGA certification. He holds a Public Accounting Diploma from McGill University as well as a Bachelor degree in accounting, also from this university.

Mr. Danny Leblanc
Vice-President, Business Development
Mr. Leblanc possesses more than 25 years of experience in corporate management and in the manufacturing and selling sectors. He acted as a sales manager in different types of industries, namely: the recycling, the metallurgy, the industrial manufacturing, the electronic as well as the construction of infrastructures and the chemical products’ manufacturing. Mr. Leblanc has contributed to identify, sign and manage VARS (Value Added Resellers) on the Canadian and North-American territories. He has directly managed portfolio of more than 1000 customers. He was President of the North-American Die Casting Association from 1997 to 2003 and is an active member of the American Foundrymen Association, since 2009.

Mrs. Hélène Pagé, M.B.A.
Senior Advisor; Marketing & Communication
Prior to her collaboration with Gedden Inc., Mrs. Pagé held different positions at the Management level (Marketing and Business Development) with different Telecommunication companies such as Bell Canada Enterprises Inc., MaxLink Communications and Rogers AT&T, from 1997 to 2010. Mrs. Pagé serves as Treasurer, Board of Directors - Dulcinea Langfelder & Co (theatre company) since 2008; Director, Board - Cystic Fibrosis Association, Montreal chapter from 1999 to 2003.

Mrs. Pagé holds a Master degree of Business Administration from the Sherbrooke University; a Real Estate Management Certificate degree from Université du Québec à Montréal and a Bachelor of Arts degree of Urban Planning from Université du Québec à Montréal as well.

Mr. Serge Bujold, M.B.A.
Project’s Strategic Manager
Mr. Bujold has more than 35 years of professional experience in company management, system management implementation, commercial strategies and business development. He also acted as Senior Adviser with many companies - few of them are: Banque Nationale du Canada (SIBN); Hydro-Québec; Raymond Chabot Grant Thorton; SECUR; SITQ, TELUS; Tourisme Montréal and Tata Communications (Téléglobe). Mr. Bujold held different positions at the Executive level with numerous enterprises, such as:  NutrOcéan inc; BK2soft Inc.; Silver Leap Technologies Inc.; Planet411.com Inc.; INFOREF; Groupe SNC Inc.; DMR, région de Montréal; SHL Systemhouse à Montréal and Trust Général du Canada.

Mr. Bujold earned a B.A. degree of Administration from the HEC Montréal and has completed the Finance program of the Master degree of Business Administration at the McGill University.
